Crafted from padded textile in industrial silver, this wall piece blends bold materiality with graphic precision. The embroidered phrase— Ceci n’est pas un hôtel—by Dutch artist Maaike Koster, adds a playful undercurrent, balancing edge with intent. Not made to blend in, but to stand out. Created for those who appreciate contrast and character, it’s rooted in the spirit of industrial design, echoing the raw charm of urban lofts and touched by a hint of French elegance. Effortlessly mounted, instantly striking.
